The United Shield International NIJ Riot Helmet is built to meet NIJ 0104.02 (riot) standards, providing exceptional impact protection and operator comfort during extended duty operations. Designed with field performance in mind, it combines advanced protective features with mission-ready versatility.

The helmet’s energy-absorbing EPS liner ensures superior blunt impact protection while maintaining extreme comfort control for long-duration wear. Integrated audio vents enhance situational awareness, while the rear air vents allow heat to dissipate, keeping operators cool under pressure.

A 6.5” full-flip Lexan® polycarbonate face shield, .150” thick with clear optical-grade finish, delivers uncompromising visibility and protection. Its molded liquid seal prevents fluid penetration between the helmet and shield in the deployed position, with an optional extended shield available to accommodate most gas masks.

The quick-release retention harness, zip-off nape protector, and scratch-resistant finish add to the helmet’s durability, functionality, and operator-focused design.
